Biography
My mother told me about a job that was opening where she worked. I applied there at Western Insurance. I started working there September 1985 (day after labor day). After one year working with Western they merged with American States Insurance Company. I worked for them until August 1997 when we were laid off. It was a total of 12 years. Finding a job after American States was difficult and being pregnant didn't help. I worked for only a few months for CAC (it was medical insurance for postal workers). Then I had my baby. After that I tried a paper route, and T bar M working in the kitchen. That is where Liz found me. I was referred to Liz by a friend. I started working for McClelland and Hine November 16, 1998.
